During World War II a young American soldier was put in charge of a number of captured Nazi soldiers. The group was taken after one of the many skirmishes that day but they all surrendered their weapons and raised their hands. With many tasks underway it was decided by a young Captain that the men could be safely escorted to the newly formed holding area by one soldier with an automatic weapon and a full clip. So, the young soldier began escorting the men down the road to their destination when gunfire rang out.

Before anyone realized what had happened, the young American soldier shot and killed every one of his unarmed prisoners. Of course, hearing the gunfire the Captain and other men ran over, weapons drawn, to see what had happened. Just as the horror of the moment was setting in, one of the men leaned over to the Captain and said, "What you didn't know about him is that he is Jewish." Read more...
